Crumble Topping | Sweet
For pie, muffin, quick bread, or coffee cake recipes.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup Turbinado sugar
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups almond flour
Add flours and sugars to a medium bowl.
Grate cold butter into a large bowl.
Using your hands work the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture forms coarse to small crumbs.
Use crumbs as recipe direct on pies, muffins, quick breads, or coffee cakes. Bake as directed.
